Also feature a glass lid so you can monitor the cooking process. Each lid has an insulated knob so you dont burn yourself. The rim of the lid can be peeled up to release steam. Another feature is the insulated handles on the sides to safely transfer the pot to the table. When popped down it reduces height by 50%.

Used this for a Patho class and thought it was a great resource. My group had hypertension and it was really good about giving an overview of the disease without overwhelming you with information. Some of the studies were obvious as to why the disorder occurred but in those cases it helped link body systems and show interactions.
